BE IT ENACTED as a by-law of the Board of Trade as follows:

It is the responsibility of the board of trade to ensure that its by-laws meet its specific needs and are in compliance with the BOTA. If you are uncertain or confused about any aspect of preparing the by-laws, you may wish to seek legal advice.
Once you have completed all of the steps and have chosen your by-law provisions, the By-law builder will generate your customized by-laws as a temporary webpage. You must then copy and paste this content into the word processing software of your choice in order to save it or edit it.
